Do you offer recurring discounts?
Yes. Weekly clients save the most, followed by bi-weekly and monthly. We’ll quote you the recurring rate vs. one-time so you can compare. Most recurring customers save 10–20%.

Are your cleaners background checked?
Absolutely. Every cleaner on our team passes a full background check before their first job. We also personally train each team member to our standards.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Vegas Cleaning Pros is fully licensed in Clark County and carries general liability insurance. If anything is damaged during a clean, you’re covered.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. Many of our clients leave a key or entry code and come home to a spotless house. We treat every home with the same care whether you’re there or not.

What’s your satisfaction guarantee?
If you’re not 100% happy with your clean, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll come back and re-clean the areas in question — completely free of charge, no questions asked.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, we bring everything — professional-grade equipment and cleaning products included in your price. If you prefer eco-friendly or specific products, just let us know when booking.
